Based in the cider heartland of Somerset, Pilton make an exciting range of whole juice ciders, using the bittersweet cider apples that grow in traditional orchards around the parish of Pilton. Using the artisan method of keeving to transform the juice into unique naturally sweet ciders, with different yeasts, other fruits and barrel-aging techniques to create their varied selection of small batch drinks.

Fresh, bittersweet cider apples are partially fermented to produce a naturally medium cider without the need for sweetening. Light and refreshing, it is best served chilled, working brilliantly as an aperitif or alongside food.
