Devon Blue from Ticklemore Dairy has placed in the top 50 cheeses in the World twice in a row. It is a bold, creamy blue which often has notes of apple and cider.
St Jude - Made by the legendary Julie Cheney in Suffolk, this small creamy cheese is packed with complexity and depth of flavour.
