Beenleigh Blue
A blue sheep cheese, made by Ticklemore Cheeses in Totnes. At times comparable to Roquefort; with a rich, bright, fresh and zesty tang. You will see significant changes in flavour and texture of this cheese throughout the year, which reflects the seasonality of this cheese. Made using pasteurised ewe milk, salt and a vegetarian rennet.
Golden Cross
A whole, single pyramid shaped cheese, Sinodun Hill is beautiful rippled. It has a firm, creamy mousse like texture that is decadent and rich. It has a long nutty milk finish with citrus notes. There is often a delicate blue moulding on the rind, that is typical though not always present on this cheese. Made with goats milk, salt and vegetarian rennet.
Mature Cornish Gouda
A delicious, authentic Gouda made near Looe in Cornwall. This Gouda is matured for a minimum of 12 months for a full flavour and slightly crystalline texture. This cheese is made using the farm's own pasteurised milk, salt and a traditional rennet. Also contains Egg protein
Minimum total weight: 700g
