A decadent and rich cheese, it pairs beautifully with our morello cherries which are preserved in an apple eau de vie. Sharp, boozy and jammy, these cut through the creaminess of the cheese perfectly.
And not forgetting our shop favourite - Danielle’s Bishopston crackers! A combination of spelt flakes, rye flakes and oatcakes make for lovely contrasting textures.
Want to add some fizz? The award-winning Dunleavy vineyard has a delectable sparkling rose to round out your selection. A low intervention wine and low sulphur, the grapes are handpicked and pressed in Somerset.
