Somerset Pecorino

This pecorino style is made in Somerset by Pete and his team at White Lake Cheeses. Made using a local unpasteurised ewe milk this cheese has a wonderful sweet subtly and gentle brightness, partnered with a subtly peppery note. Perfect for shaving in vast quantities over lots of pasta. Made with vegetarian rennet.
